“Know Where Your Money Goes” is our philosophy at Landmark. Our “Full Disclosure Policy” allows the homeowner to see exactly where every dollar goes from start to finish. We feel it is our responsibility to the homeowner to provide access to all invoices and receipts. This allows the homeowner to make budget decisions as the project progresses. This flexibility with the budget allows us, both the homeowner and Landmark, to maintain the target budget that was established prior to construction. Our “Full Disclosure Policy” takes it even a step further. Landmark’s profits are also disclosed to the homeowners. It is no secret what they are paying Landmark to build their home.
